3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Nutritional estimates provided by ScanFood.AI are approximate and generated by artificial intelligence. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Accuracy may vary depending on photo quality, food complexity, and portion estimation.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
You are responsible for the content you submit (photos, text, voice)
You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to reverse-engineer it
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New users receive 3 days of free full access. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed within the Telegram bot. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via the Telegram bot within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology behind ScanFood.AI are the property of the Service operator. You retain ownership of the photos and data you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScanFood.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the Service's nutritional estimates. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
