Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Telegram bot settings or via the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and no further charges will be made.
